You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we have received your return, we will send you a notification by email and refund the full amount. It may take up to 14 days for us to process your return.

Please note that the products must be in the same condition as you received them. They must be unused and in the original packaging. Therefore, please handle the products with care and make sure they are well packaged when returning them.

Personalized jewelry items are excluded from exchange and return.
